Описание

These devices contain two independent 2-wide 2-input AND-OR-INVERT gates with one gate expandable. They perform the Boolean function Y = (AT + CD)\ with X and X\ left open The SN5450 ischaracterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The SN7450 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.
